Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. We currently ship within the United States and its territories only — we do not ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

We accept returns on damaged or faulty watches only, within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or colour preference, so please check the colour and case size on the product page before ordering.

• Report the damage or fault within 14 days of delivery
• Start with a return request so we can approve it and send you the return address — please do not ship anything back before it is approved
• A clear photo of the damage is required with your request
• Return shipping on approved damage claims is free
• Once the watch reaches us and is inspected, your refund goes back to the original card within 5-7 business days

If your watch arrived damaged or faulty and you would rather have a replacement than a refund, say so in your return request and we will send the same colour back out once the original reaches us. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or a different colour.
